Energy and Nutrition

I am always on the go. So sometimes I have to result to a quick meal (not always the best). Heavy greens is great for a multitude of reasons: The high nutrition keeps me balanced and maintains my energy; I am diabetic, so it aids in maintaining my blood sugar; and my little ones don’t always eat when I do cook, so I pull apart the capsule a sneak it in their juice 🤣! I give this product and the others with this company 5 stars. It’s reliable, and has an easy label, so I know what I’m giving me and my family.
