Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, but we understand that circumstances may arise. Our policy for returned items goes as follows:

1. Refund Limitations
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for any opened containers or bottles. This policy is firm, and no exceptions will be made.

2. Timeframe for Returns
Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a return.

3. Return Shipping
Free Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Customer Responsibility: In cases other than our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that we do not provide return labels for products being returned.
